What are the Goals for loaad, inc. ?

Our organization's primary objective is to establish pathways that enable all students to access educational opportunities, regardless of social and economic disparities, exposure to gun violence, or other violent acts, as well as personal or family struggles with drug addiction that may adversely impact their mental health. We are committed to offering multi-leveled programming that caters to the diverse needs of students, particularly those who have traditionally been marginalized or considered to be at risk. Through our mentoring services and relationships, we endeavor to provide support to youth who may be at risk or high risk of juvenile delinquency, victimization, or involvement with the juvenile justice system.
ACADEMIC CONTENT ASSISTANCE
Produce an increase of 10-30% in academic areas that are defined as problematic for individual students requesting assistance in a particular subject area. Impactful Action 1: Creating contact with subject teacher at student’s home school in an effort to cohesively assist and support both student and teacher to create positive academic progress. Impactful Action 2: Creating Individualized Virtual or Face to Face ( if needed) tutoring sessions that strategically address problem areas and/or connections within content.
ATHLETIC SKILL/STRENGTH BASED TRAINING
Impactful Action 1: Providing high level instruction for skill/performance improvements in multiple sports to enhance potential athletic scholarships/grants to participate in colligate sports. Impactful Action 2: Providing professionally instructed strength training focusing on performance, explosion, athletic muscle, injury prevention.
POST-SECONDARY CONNECTIONS
Creating appropriate level college access and connections for students pursuing furthering their education at a post-secondary institution. Impactful Action 1: Establishing working relationship with not only Maryland Universities but with a large number of regionally accessible institutions that will partner with L.O.A.A.Dinc for intimate college tours and virtual informational presentations about their school. Impactful Action 2: Establish working relationships with University coaches and recruiters to help facilitate connections for prospective student athletes at appropriate level programs.
CREATING STUDENT PROGRAM ACCESS
Connective relationship with community organizations and schools from local counties Impactful Action 1: Marketing information to advertise programing and accessibility for financially challenged applicants. Impactful Action 2: Establishing contact with school system and local government to partner in identifying families that can benefit from programing.
